A Note on Pricing

As a Summit Salon, we are proud to offer a performance-based level system where our service providers have the opportunity to earn promotions and strive to better their best each day.

Our multi-level pricing structure allows our service providers to move through the levels by reaching certain goals, earning a promotion at each achieved level. The goals of the level system are based on various criteria, most importantly availability of time. Service prices vary according to the level of the service provider.

Cancellations

Acceptance of Policies: By booking an appointment with Signature Salon & Spa, you accept and agree to all of our policies.

Service Guarantee

Signature Salon & Spa guarantees all of our services. If you are not happy with your results, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your service, and we will make it right. There are no refunds on services received.

Retail products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with the exception of Sorella Apothecary, Glo Skin Beauty and Signature Boutique items. Sorella Apothecary and Glo Skin Beauty (makeup and skin care) can only be returned due to allergic reaction.We offer samples of both Sorella and Glo allowing our guests to try before purchasing.

Reserving Appointments

We require you to reserve your appointment with a credit card if you do not have an established relationship with Signature Salon & Spa. For example, if you are a new guest or salon guest not requesting a specific service provider, a credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

Established guests: Cancellation/rescheduling of an appointment within 24 hours or no shows twice in a calendar year will require a credit card to secure your next appointment and will be subject to our cancellation charge.

We understand that circumstances beyond your control may occur where adequate notice is not possible. These limited situations will be considered by Signature Salon & Spa on a case-by-case basis in Signature Salon & Spa’s sole discretion.

ONLINE RESERVATION 

We require a minimum of 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice via phone call at (262) 547-6600. Please leave a voice message if calling after business hours. On-line appointments are reserved with a credit card and a 50% deposit is secured through our booking portal.

Appointment no shows or cancellations within 24 hours, result in a 100% charge for all services scheduled.

If you cancel your appointment online within policy, we are happy to issue an immediate credit for your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and appreciate you choosing Signature Salon & Spa for your services and treatments. Due to the high demand for appointments, it is difficult when there is a change made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment. Our service providers have several guests on their wait list and we’re doing our best to get everyone in for their very important appointment with us.

  • We require a minimum of 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice via phone call at (262)547-6600. Please leave a voice message if calling after business hours.
  • Cancellation/rescheduling within 24 hours or no shows will result in a 100% charge for all services scheduled.
  • If you arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late for an appointment, you will be considered as a no show for purposes of our policies. If you think you are going to be late, please call us so that we can, if possible and in our sole discretion, adjust our schedule.
  • We understand that circumstances beyond your control may occur where adequate notice is not possible. These limited situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis in Signature Salon & Spa’s sole discretion.
  • For groups booking service appointments (such as wedding parties, etc.) we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Canceling this kind of appointment without giving 72 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount per guest. Please understand that larger bookings take a great deal of scheduling and planning and notify us well in advance if you need to change your appointment dates.
  • The safety of our staff and our guests is our top priority. As such, Signature Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds and contagious illness. Thank you for your understanding.

No Show and Frequent Cancellation Policy

  • Repeated and frequent cancellations may result in prepayment to reserve future appointments.

Punctuality

  • Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations at our salon in Waukesha. We ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to any service so you may change if needed, relax and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Any guest arriving 10 minutes past the time of his/her reservation may be asked to reschedule.

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are accepted at your discretion and are not included in our pricing.

Methods of Payment

  • Signature Salon & Spa accepts cash, check, Master Card, Visa and Discover. There will be a $25 return check fee.

Children

  • To ensure all of our guests receive a memorable experience, please refrain from bringing children to your own salon or spa reservation unless they are also receiving services. The goal in our spa is to create a retreat for our guests. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the spa area unless they are receiving services. All spa guests are asked to please speak in a low “whisper” voice.
