When reserving an appointment online at Signature Salon & Spa, a credit card and a 50% deposit are required, especially if you are a new guest or haven't established a relationship with the salon. A minimum of 24-hour notice is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment; otherwise, a 100% charge for all scheduled services will apply. If you cancel within the policy timeframe, you will receive an immediate credit for your deposit. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, resulting in the full charge of your appointment.
