While the salon and spa industry is new to me, people have always been my passion. With a background in Culinary and Hospitality Management, I spent years leading large teams and discovered early on that a supported team is the foundation of every great guest experience. I bring that same philosophy to Signature, where my focus is on building relationships, fostering a positive environment, and showing up for our team in whatever way they need.

I believe in being approachable, present, and genuinely invested in the people around me. Getting to know each team member on a personal level is something I truly look forward to every day.

What you may not know about me is…. I love UTVing with my family, we have two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and I am actively involved in our church.
